Avila Sports Medicine
The Avila University Athletic Training Department offers a wide range of services for Avila University student-athletes as the overall safety and well-being of our athletes is our primary concern. Serving nearly 400 student-athletes in 16 sports, the staff provides pre-event preventative taping and bracing, on-field evaluation and emergency care, appropriate physician referral and necessary rehabilitation. The athletic training facility is located inside Mabee Fieldhouse on the lower level and houses all the necessary equipment needed to keep Avila student-athletes on the field.
