WOMEN’S SOCCER STRETCHES UNBEATEN STREAK TO FOUR WITH DRAW AT GRACELAND

LAMONI, Iowa – After falling behind by a goal just 10 minutes into Wednesday's game at Graceland, Avila women's soccer fought back to tie the game at one and force a draw at the John Rasmussen Soccer Complex.

Graceland got on the board less than 11 minutes in, while Avila was only able to manufacture three shots in the first half, trailing 1-0 at the half.

Freshman Cali Lasater evened the score up in in the 67th minute. It was the freshman's third-straight game with a goal.

Reigning KCAC Defensive Player of the Week Kenan Ebel stopped all five shots she faced after coming on in the second half. Ebel has allowed just one goal in the last three games and has a 2.00 GAA on the season.

The Eagles are 3-0-1 in their last four games and will open up conference play next Wednesday at Evangel.
